eConsent and Instant Check goes live

We are very pleased to be able to introduce two significant enhancements to dh Licence Check; Instant Check and eConsent.

Designed to make checking drivers’ licences quick and hassle free, eConsent and Instant Check delivers the ultimate in quick and easy fleet administration.

Instant Check allows fleet managers to check a driver’s licence immediately and in real time, whilst eConsent removes the need for a paper mandate to be obtained from drivers. Once the eConsent process has been completed, the DVLA issues formal authorisation, which allows the employer to check that driver’s licence for three years, or as long as the worker is in that particular employment.

Anyone who visited the Driver Hire stand at this year’s Commercial Vehicle Show will have seen the live demonstrations of how Instant Check and eConsent works in conjunction with dh Licence Check and just how easy it is to check drivers licences.
